Our Mission

Club HR Connect was founded to bridge the gap between HR professionals working in Ontario's diverse club industry. From private golf clubs to yacht clubs, from curling clubs to country clubs, HR leaders face unique challenges that are distinct from other industries. Our mission is to provide a collaborative platform where these professionals can share knowledge, resources, and best practices.

Our Story

What started as informal meetings between a handful of HR directors at Ontario golf clubs has grown into a province-wide network of HR professionals. Recognizing the need for a centralized resource hub, the founding members created Club HR Connect — a secure, digital platform where members can access shared documents, templates, policies, and stay connected with their peers.

Today, our network includes HR leaders from clubs of all sizes across Ontario, united by the shared goal of elevating HR practices in the club industry.
